Sporting venues in the Bois de Boulogne include the Rolland Garros Tennis Stadium and Tenniseum museum. The Tenniseum of Roland Garros is the world’s first multimedia tennis museum. Situated beside the famous clay courts of the Roland Garros stadium, the Tenisseum uses a variety of high-tech, interactive methods to tell the story of the history of tennis. This multimedia tennis museum has over 400 hours of tennis footage dating back to 1897 and documentation from as far back as the 16 century.
